you just need to let it go.
Whatever is bothering you. Whoever is getting under your skin. A goal that you may be struggling to reach, or a difficult problem that you cannot seem to solve.
LET IT GO.
Letting go is NOT giving up. You will probably come back to it later, and in the meantime, you may even find out the answers you need.
Letting go often means agreeing to disagree, and along the way, we find peace when we do this.
We may even find other things we DO agree on.
Letting go is not necessarily forgiving, but accepting things and people that we cannot change.
When you are having one of those kinds of days, just keep coming back to this thought: LET IT GO.
