What is your dream job?

I have to say---that while I enjoy my job for the most part, some days I wish I could retire from it and just open up my own coffee shop/thrift store/community drop-in/referral center. I tell my husband this every day. He thinks I am nuts and says that the rent alone to set up this kind of business venture here would never get things off the ground. Sadly, he's probably right.
