...Make/review a service agreement with this client!<br /><br />Be stern about the amount of time you will meet with him, or the number of phone messages you will allow him in a week!<br /><br />Call in the reinforcements!<br /><br />Tell him for every one task you do for him, he must complete two!<br /><br />Make a prioritized goal list, and commit to working on them only one at a time!<br /><br />It's so important in our job to maintain firm boundaries. For us, it helps avoid burnout.
